We started the day at the height of Tokyo’s rush hour. Oh, the humanity!

The museum was a trip. Mostly involving projected light, some of which responded to our movements. Very cool and very fun. Also very crowded!

Afterwards, more sushi!

And then the kids got cotton candy—which, here in Japan, is an art form.

For our part, Melissa and I honed in once again on Starbucks.

Sigh. There was no avoiding it. At least they didn’t make us going in the weasel cafe.

Finally, we made it to a historic site. In this case, a temple not five minutes from the aforementioned cat cafe.

These two scenes are a stone’s throw apart!

Finally, to a gyoza restaurant a friend recommended. Delicious!

This is Syl pretending to be a “man drinking beer.”

More on the way tomorrow!
