Doggie Daycare

Bruschi wanted to make his love for doggie daycare absolutely clear.

Breaking news: Easter Bunny tracks spotted in Holliston!

We heard that the Easter Bunny had left footprints all over downtown Holliston, so Syl and I went to investigate. He clearly stopped at Coffee Haven and the liquor store (Syl thinks for a donut and a beer--clearly Dan's daughter).

We should have given him a forwarding address!

The Long-Eared One visited 11 Willowgate last night, for the last time... at least to visit Sylvie Rose Haley. I'm not actually sure she isn't shining us on a little bit on the credulity front at this point, but I don't care to press it just yet.

Syl left the Bunny a fun note, and was super excited this morning to find the house strewn with candy-filled eggs and a Lego-centric offering in her basket.

Happy Easter everyone!

On the spectrum...

On the spectrum of Easter bunnies, Fiske's does pretty well staying away from the terrifyingly creepy end of the spectrum.

We brought along Sylvie's neighborhood friend Jordan to see the big-eared fella.

So. Tired.

Sophie and Bruschi went to doggy daycare yesterday so that the inspectors could check out our house (the inspection went fine).

Apparently they had a lot of fun...

Bruschi's one effort today was to drag Sophie's bed to the middle of the kitchen, toss around the pillows and blankets to his liking, and collapse. Sophie has been snuggled up in Bruschi's crate.

Bruschi's First (and last?) trip to Noon Hill

Today during our (very successful) first open house we took the dogs to Noon Hill for Bruschi's first and possibly last hike there. Sophie was excited to show her little brother around--and Bruschi kept right up with her all the way to the top!

Shamrock Ball 2016

My date for tonight's Shamrock Ball was pretty sassy...

This is one of a long list of things we'll miss in Holliston.

Proudly displaying her bit o' Irish heritage

Dog depression

Now that Bruschi is 30+ pounds, I've decided that he needs to get used to wearing his harness (I can't just pick him up anymore when he's being naughty!).

His harness makes him very, very sad.

Sophie has been trying to cheer him up by bringing him toys, but so far no luck.

Spaghetti pie

Sylvie was nuts for Grandma Lynne's spaghetti pie when we were in Ohio--Syl even requested it for breakfast and dessert!  I finally got around to making it, and while not as tasty as Grandma Lynne's, Sylvie was very happy to have it again.
