Uh-oh... is Sylvie getting a big head?

Mom reports that all went well at Dr. Kennen's office. As expected, Sylvie did not appreciate the shots ONE BIT. But she is home now, on a little preventive baby Tylenol, and she's doing well waiting for Dad to come home and play with her.
Here is the report, and her stats:
First, healthy overall.
Ready for some solid food! This is a big step. Although we're going away to Vermont this weekend to visit Dad's old boss, so we'll probably put that potential gastrointestinal disaster off until Sunday evening when we're back home.
She's at 12 pounds, 13-1/2 ounces, which means she's doubled her birth weight (one of the reasons they said she can have solid food now). She's at the 26th percentile weight-wise, which is okay because she was born at the lower end too.
She's also 24-1/2 inches long - at the 50th percentile. So she's long and lean.
Most impressively, given her small frame, her head is 16-1/2 inches around - at the 75th percentile! Looks like all the bragging we do on her might be giving her a big head...
