We just got home from a very nice weekend with Dad's old boss and some colleagues, at Kerry's vacation house in West Windsor, Vermont.
As usual Syl was a dream, and garnered plenty of compliments for her lack of fussing and generally affable nature. We all had a great time. And yes, she slept through the night, going down at 8:30. We adults spent the night playing a really fun word game - kind of charades, with a little hand-held computer. The roaring fire and the company were the main draws however.
Syl made us pay for the weekend by screaming blue murder for most of the 3 plus hour ride home, but it was worth it. A very nice weekend.
