Really it isn't quite right to call it "Evening 3." By the time we got there last night it was almost 9 pm, and already well past Sylvie's bed time. We met the Cocchiarellas - including grandparents and some very energetic cousins - for dinner first, and that took a while. The late hour didn't keep Syl from having a fantastic time though. She did sleep in this morning.
Before we even got to the carnival or dinner Syl had put in a full day at her friend Maggie's birthday party. It was a pool party - perfect on a hot day.

Today Syl and her mom went to Build-A-Bear, and stopped at Cheesecake Factory for a delicious lunch... Syl is goo-goo for edamame.
...while Dad and Brendan tried to get in 9 holes. We were cut short after 6 by a bit of storm - which was a shame, since now we'll never know if in fact I was on the cusp of my best three holes ever.
