Got her back

Last thing first: Syl absolutely talked our ears off all the way home about the wonderful experience she had at Windsor Mountain Camp! The cutest part was when she tried to apologize for not *really* missing us, because she had so much fun and the time flew by so fast!

Any offense we might have taken was pre-mitigated by our girl’s reaction when she caught sight of us: “Mom!! Dad!!” followed by a sprint-hug is about the best parental perk there is.

We got to meet a number of her counselors and pals, all of whom seemed to take it as a given that they will all be back together next summer.

And we got a nice, concise tour of the idyllic camp facilities.

We are thrilled with Syl’s experience at Windsor Mountain... but we are also really glad to have her home!
