Ready for tomorrow

Yesterday was "Patriots Day" at Sylvie's school. She came home with plenty of "decca-a-shuns" for the family room.  She's looking forward to the game almost as much as I am!

Of course the anticipation of a game can't hold a candle to the REALLY big event this weekend: in just a moment I'm off to the airport to fetch Sophie the Labradoodle, the newest member of our little family!  Sylvie is beside herself with excitement, especially since learning that Sophie is to be "her dog."  I may take photos...
