In a policy move that could only have been intended to strike directly at the core of my being, the fascists who run Sylvie's dance school have decreed that cameras of all kinds shall be banned from tomorrow's recital - though we proud parents were welcomed to attend and record the dress rehearsal on Monday. Funniest thing to me about these shots? The "stick the tongue out while concentrating" thing is apparently genetic.
